To participate, you will be requested to create a free Passport on our
site.
This will allow you to participate in our quiz. In the future, the free
Passport will also give you access to exclusive contents on JCVD.
Take care to fill in your data as exactly as possible. In case data are
wrong or incomplete, you will not be able to file a complaint.
Only one response form can be submitted per person. The people that take
part in the creation and maintenance of this site and their next of kin
are not allowed to participate in the Quiz.
The Quiz starts the 1st day of each month. The questions for that month
will then be available on the response form on out site. The Quiz ends
the last day of the month.
The 3 photographs signed by Jean-Claude will be awarded to persons that
have given the correct response to the 1st and 2nd questions and that
are the closest to the exact response to the subsidiary question. They
will be contacted by e-mail. The photographs will be sent to the winners
by post within 4 to 12 weeks after the end date of the Quiz. The winners
will also be displayed on our site. As soon as they receive their price,
they can take a picture of themselves with it and send the picture to us
so that we can display it on our site.
By participating in the Quiz, you allow Jeanclaudevandamme.us to use the
information you gave to participate. The information will only be used
by Jeanclaudevandamme.us that commits itself not to divulge the data to
other persons or enterprises.
